Repeal and savings: prior rules and orders are superseded on commencement, preserving actions and omissions before repeal. On commencement of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 1975, existing rules, orders or directions concerning matters dealt with by these Rules are repealed, subject to a savings provision preserving acts, omissions and rights arising before the repeal.
