of <h1>Imported Goods for Foreign Aircraft Can Be Warehoused Without Duty Under Section 85 Using Form I Application.</h1> Imported goods intended for use in foreign-going aircraft can be warehoused under section 85 of the relevant Act. To do so, an application must be submitted to the Assistant or Deputy Commissioner of Customs using Form I. This application serves as the bill of entry for the goods under section 46 of the Act. Upon receiving the application, the Customs official may allow the goods to be warehoused without assessing duty.
