Transitional provision: specified social security bodies continue exercising corresponding Code powers until successors are constituted or prior terms expire.

Specified bodies constituted under enactments repealed by the Code shall continue to exercise the powers and discharge the functions of their corresponding organisations under the Code until the corresponding organisations are constituted under the Code or until their respective time periods under the repealed enactments expire, whichever is earlier.
