SEBI prescribes an application fee and a registration fee payable on grant of registration, together with a recurring registration fee payable every three years to keep registration in force; the recurring fee is payable one month before expiry of the paid block and payments must be made by direct credit through SEBI's payment gateway or other authorized electronic modes.
