Certificate of registration: granted on eligibility, valid until suspension or cancellation, subject to prescribed registration fees. Grant of a certificate of registration requires the Board's satisfaction of applicant eligibility and is issued in Form B; the certificate remains valid unless suspended or cancelled by the Board and is subject to payment of registration fees as specified in Part A of the Second Schedule and collected as prescribed in Part B.
