Registration refusal procedure: decision with grounds and right to timely reconsideration by the regulator.

Where an application does not fulfil the prescribed requirements the Board shall reject it after giving an opportunity of being heard and must communicate the decision in writing stating the grounds of rejection within thirty days; an aggrieved applicant may apply for reconsideration within thirty days of receipt of the intimation, and the Board shall reconsider and communicate its findings in writing as soon as possible.
