Customs Brokers' Association membership requires jurisdiction-specific enrolment while limiting simultaneous membership within each operating jurisdiction.

Customs Brokers must enrol in the recognised Customs Brokers' Association in each jurisdiction where they operate, if an eligible association is registered at the relevant Customs Station. A broker cannot be a member of more than one association at the same time in a particular jurisdiction. More than one association may be recognised at a Customs Station if each has the prescribed minimum proportion of members among the relevant licences issued or intimations received.
