Computation of time periods excludes the commencement day and any terminal days the tribunal is closed, extending deadlines accordingly.

When a time period for doing any act is prescribed by statute, rules, other law, or fixed by the Appellate Tribunal, the day from which the period is reckoned is excluded; if the last day falls on a day when the Appellate Tribunal is closed, that day and any succeeding closed days are also excluded.
