Suspension of a foreign contribution registration certificate restricts use of unutilised foreign contribution. Up to twenty-five per cent of the unutilised amount may be spent with prior Central Government approval, solely for the declared aims and objects for which it was received. The remaining seventy-five per cent may be utilised only after revocation of the suspension.
