Removal of difficulties under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 permits the Central Government to make orders necessary to give effect to the Act when implementation difficulties arise. Any order must remain consistent with the Act, cannot be made after two years from its commencement, and must be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable.
