Any member who remains absent during three consecutive meetings without adequate reasons shall be deemed to have withdrawn himself from the Committee and his place shall be liable to be filled up by fresh nominee as may be selected by the Chairman. Appointment of alternate members from any Association will be considered only once a year. 4.
