        <h1>GST Exemption Removed for Fresh, Chilled, or Frozen Sheep and Goat Meat; Effective November 15, 2017, Per Notification 44/2017.</h1> Goods under code 0204, specifically meat of sheep or goats, fresh, chilled, or frozen (excluding those frozen and put up in unit containers), were previously exempted from GST under CGST, UTGST, SGST, and IGST. This exemption was omitted by notification no. 44/2017, effective from November 15, 2017.
