        <h1>Insurance Regulatory Services Lose GST Exemption from July 18, 2022 under Notification No. 4/2022-Integrated Tax (Rate).</h1> Services provided by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India to insurers under the relevant Act were exempt from GST, including CGST, UTGST, SGST, and IGST. However, this exemption was removed effective July 18, 2022, as per Notification No. 4/2022-Integrated Tax (Rate) dated July 13, 2022.
