of <h1>GST Rate for Rubber and Plastic Compounds: 18% IGST or 9% CGST + 9% SGST/UTGST per Schedule 3.</h1> Prepared rubber accelerators, compound plasticisers for rubber or plastics, and anti-oxidising preparations and other compound stabilisers for rubber or plastics, including vulcanizing agents, are subject to a Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate as specified in Schedule 3. The applicable Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) is 18%, or alternatively, Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) at 9% combined with State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) or Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (UTGST) at 9%.
