GST on gelatin and animal glues remains taxable under the scheduled rate until the notified sunset. Gelatin and gelatin derivatives, including gelatin in rectangular or square sheets (whether surface-worked or coloured), isinglass and other animal-origin glues, excluding casein glues classified under a different heading, are subject to GST at 18% under the scheduled tariff until the notified sunset date.
