Phosphatic fertilizers at 18%.</h1> Goods classified under Schedule 3 are subject to IGST at 18% or a combination of CGST at 9% and SGST/UTGST at 9%. This includes mineral or chemical fertilizers, specifically phosphatic fertilizers, which are not intended for use as fertilizers. However, fertilizers supplied for manufacturing other fertilizers are classified at a reduced GST rate of 5%, as clarified in Circular No. 54/28/2018-GST dated August 9, 2018.
