The Schedule entry for goods under heading 9022 describing apparatus based on X rays or alpha, beta or gamma radiations, including radiography and radiotherapy apparatus and related items, was omitted by notification no. 43/2017, removing the prior tariff description and its Schedule reference and thereby altering the statutory classification position for such equipment.
