        <h1>Tax Notification 43/2017: Omission of Certain Electrical Control Goods from IGST, CGST, and SGST/UTGST Schedules</h1> Goods previously subject to IGST at 28% or CGST and SGST/UTGST each at 14% were omitted from the tax schedule by notification no. 43/2017, effective from November 15, 2017. The omitted items included boards, panels, consoles, desks, cabinets, and other bases equipped with two or more apparatus for electric control or distribution of electricity, including those with instruments or apparatus of chapter 90, and numerical control apparatus, excluding switching apparatus of heading 8517.
