of <h1>Goods Under Code 8526 No Longer Subject to Previous IGST and CGST Rates After Notification 43/2017 Effective Nov 15, 2017.</h1> Goods classified under the code 8526, which included radar apparatus, radio navigational aid apparatus, and radio remote control apparatus, were previously subject to an Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) rate of 28% or a Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) rate of 14% combined with a State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) or Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (UTGST) rate of 14%. This classification and tax rate were omitted following notification number 43/2017, effective from November 15, 2017.
