of <h1>Goods Previously Under 28% IGST Rate Reclassified After Schedule 4 Omission via Notification No. 43/2017 from November 15, 2017.</h1> Goods classified under Schedule 4 were subject to an IGST rate of 28% or a combined CGST and SGST/UTGST rate of 14% each. However, this classification was omitted by notification no. 43/2017, effective from November 15, 2017. Prior to this omission, the schedule included items such as cast glass and rolled glass in sheets or profiles, with or without absorbent, reflecting, or non-reflecting layers, provided they were not otherwise worked.
