The tariff entry for beauty and make-up preparations (heading 3304), formerly described to include skin care, sunscreen, sun tan, manicure and pedicure preparations while excluding kajal, kumkum, bindi, sindur and alta, was omitted by notification no. 43/2017 effective in mid-November 2017, thereby removing that specific commodity classification from the Schedule and changing its prior GST treatment.
