Suspension of Standard Input-Output Norms for Polyurethane Wheels; earlier notice specified raw-material ratios per 1 kg polyurethane
Standard Input-Output Norms for polyurethane wheels under the Foreign Trade Policy have been suspended by a recent public notice and previously substituted by an earlier notice that specified raw-material norms per 1 kg of polyurethane weight: polyurethane pre-polymer 0.920 kg, curing agent 0.166 kg, colour pigment 0.014 kg, polyurethane-to-metal adhesive 0.011 kg, and relevant ball bearing net-to-net. The earlier entry addressed cast polyurethane wheels with steel or cast-iron cores and specified polyurethane content up to 25% ±1% by weight. The norms determine permissible input proportions; applicants must ensure imported inputs are those used or required in the exported product.
