For manufacture of 1 kg Triprolidine the prescribed inputs are: 2-Bromo Pyridine 2.266 kg, Pyrrolidine 1.03 kg, N-Butyl Lithium 1.00 kg, Paraformaldehyde 0.90 kg, Diisopropyl Ether 1.63 kg and Acetone 3.50 kg. Applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to those required and actually used in the exported product.
