of <h1>SION input-output norms for manufacture of I.C. engines above 720 HP: allowed inputs, quantities, net-to-net, consumables 4% FOB</h1> Standard input-output norms for manufacture of I.C. engines above 720 H.P. under the Foreign Trade Policy (SION) (suspended per Public Notice) list permissible inputs and quantities: finished components - net-to-net; unfinished forgings and castings - net-to-net (count basis); non-alloy steel - 1.47 kg per kg of export product; pig iron for castings - 1.25 kg/kg for castings >10-100 kg and 1.20 kg/kg for castings >100 kg; consumables - 4% of FOB value; HS diesel as per the general fuel note. Applicants must ensure imported goods correspond to those used in the export product.
