of <h1>New SION for Refined Sunflower Oil: Updated Import Requirements for Crude Oil, Caustic Lye, and More</h1> The Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) for the production of Refined Sunflower Oil (Edible Grade) as prescribed in the Foreign Trade Policy. For every 1 metric ton (MT) of refined sunflower oil produced, the amended import requirements include 1.033 MT of crude sunflower oil, 2.500 kg of caustic lye, 0.165 kg of phosphoric acid, 0.020 kg of citric acid, 2.000 kg of TONSIL bleaching earth, and 3.600 kg of filter aid. Previous norms and amendments are noted, including omitted and inserted items as per public notices. All imports and exports must comply with prevailing PFA specifications.
