of <h1>Imported edible-grade coconut oil must meet PFA Act FFA =0.5% under SION K125; import quantities must match export inputs</h1> Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy prescribe that edible-grade coconut oil imported in tankers or flexi-tanks (food-grade material) must conform to PFA Act specifications with free fatty acids (FFA) not exceeding 0.5%, classified under miscellaneous SION K125, with a unit measure shown as 1 Litre. Coconut oil in ship's hold with FFA between 3% and 6% is noted at 1.040 Litres. Importers must demonstrate and ensure that quantities and qualities imported match the inputs actually used or required in the exported product.
