Standard Input-Output Norms set allowable input proportions for manufacture of PVC Rigid Free Foam Board and related cellular film, foil and sheets, listing components such as PVC resin, stabilizer, pigments, processing aids, lubricants, blowing agent, P.E. wax and masking film per kilogram of finished product. Applicants importing these inputs under the Foreign Trade Policy must ensure imported goods are those used or required in the declared export product.
