Input-output norms for coated paper/film require specified input ratios and matching imported inputs for export products

Input-output norms prescribe that Poly Vinylidene Chloride is allowed at 1.05 kg per kg of export product; BOPP film, paper, and polyester film base materials are each allowed at 1.05 kg per kg; and primers (resin/hardener) are allowed at 0.028 kg per kg. The schedules require that import authorisations and actual imports correspond to the goods used or required in manufacture of the declared export product according to these proportions.
