Standard Input-Output norms for hair brush assemblies (H103) prescribe permitted inputs and wastage allowances-polypropylene, LDPE and HDPE moulding powders each with net plus five percent wastage, and mirror components with net plus ten percent wastage-and require determination of input proportions. Applicants importing these inputs must ensure the goods imported are those required and actually used in the export product. The norms have been suspended by public notice.
