The schedule lists inputs per 1000 kg output: 204 kg polyester filament yarn (1000 denier+), 211 kg latex natural rubber (60% DRC), 4.3 kg rubber chemicals (antioxidant and accelerator), 0.21 kg zinc oxide, 1.56 kg insoluble sulphur, and 4.3 kg pigment. Applicants must ensure imported inputs are those actually used or required in the exported product.
