Input-output norms for Automobile Tyre-Tube Valves (SION C983), suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25, set specified input-to-output ratios: brass scrap/rods or copper scrap and zinc ingot at 1.10 kg/kg of export product content; nitrile/silicon/Teflon/butyl rubber and refined lead at 1.05 kg/kg; rubber chemicals at 8% of rubber weight. Applicants must ensure imported goods are those used or required in the export product and determine proportions of inputs to match resultant product content.
