Input-output norms require specified material conversion ratios for tubular poles and accessories-ERW pipes/tubes at 1 or 1.05 MT per MT of export content, HR steels/coils and rods/bars at 1.1 MT per MT of export content, and welding rods up to 2% of FOB value-and mandate that applicants ensure imported inputs are those used or required in the export product, with appropriate determination of input proportions.
