Suspension of input-output norms for PVC co-extruded galvanised non-alloy steel wire; import inputs must match declared manufacturing proportions
Input-output norms for PVC co-extruded galvanised non-alloy steel wire specify that to produce 1 MT of the export product the permitted inputs are: non-alloy steel rod 1.05 MT per MT of export content, zinc ingot equal to 4% of the net weight of steel to be galvanised, and PVC resin 0.8 kg per kg of PVC compound in the export. These norms, however, have been suspended by the referenced public notice. Applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to those used or required in the manufacture of the declared export product, and proportions are determined as specified.
