<h1>Trade norms: Input materials and weight ratios for manufacture of anchor bolt with nut; paint allowed up to 4% FOB</h1> Standard input-output norms for manufacture of an anchor bolt with nut set out permissible input materials and quantity ratios per kilogram of export product: non-alloy steel round at 1 kg/kg (or non-alloy steel wire rods/rounds in coils at 1.10 kg/kg), alternatively non-alloy steel billets at 1.15 kg/kg. If the export product is painted, paint may be allowed up to 4% of FOB value. Applicants must ensure imported inputs match those used or required in the exported product. These norms are issued under the relevant foreign trade policy notice.
