Standardized input-output norms for brake lining with Aramid and NBR specify input multipliers for manufacture (nitrile rubber, brass chips, aramid pulp, resins, fibres, fellite, potassium titanate, zinc oxide generally 1.05 kg/kg; brass chips 1.02 kg/kg) and a 2% by weight restriction on rubber accelerator. Applicants must ensure imported goods are those used or required in the export product; the entry is suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024.
