Imports for Agricultural Tractor C1894 assemblies, sub-assemblies and components are permitted on a net-to-net basis; specified raw materials require fixed content ratios (e.g. 1.1 kg/kg or 1.05 kg/kg per kg of export product). Applicants must ensure imported goods are those used or required in the export product and net raw material content is measured on the component produced, excluding components allowed for import.
