New SION Guidelines: Stainless Steel Radiators Require Specific Material Quantities Per Export Unit
Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) for radiators made of stainless steel, as outlined in the Foreign Trade Policy, specify the materials and quantities required for production. For each unit of radiator, 1.05 kg of stainless steel sheet or coils is needed per kg of the export product. Welding wires, rods, and seam welding electrodes or wheels should constitute 1% of the steel's weight. Absorb bags are required as per the packing policy. Coating or painting materials for radiators can be used based on actual requirements, up to 4% of the FOB export value.
