Specified input ratios for production are: nickel cathodes/pellets (˜99.9% Ni) at 1.02 kg per kg of export product and high-conductivity copper tube (˜99.9% Cu) at 1.01 kg per kg of export product. Applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to and are actually used in the declared export product.
