Specified inputs and permissible proportions include HR plate/coil (1.20 kg per kg of export), HR sections (1.09 kg/kg), billets (1.20 kg/kg), paint and thinner (collective CIF capped at 3% of FOB export value), and welding wire and flux (combined limited to 3% of the weight of steel to be welded). Importers must ensure imported inputs match those used or required in the manufactured export product.
