Combined CIF value of paint and thinner capped at 3% of export FOB value; combined welding wire and flux quantity capped at 3% of steel-to-be-welded weight. Applicants must ensure imported items are those used or required in the export product and that manufacturing proportions conform to the prescribed norms.
