The schedule lists one kilometre of the finished cable as output and specifies inputs including EC-grade aluminium rods/ingots (1,618 kg) and PVC resin (835 kg). It directs determination of input proportions required for manufacture and requires importers to ensure imported inputs are those actually used or required in the export product.
