Standard input-output norms for aluminium XLPE cable require imported inputs to correspond to those used in the export product.

Standard input-output norms set the required proportions and specified quantities of inputs for manufacture of exportable engineering products (e.g., aluminium XLPE insulated cable: aluminium rod, XLPE compound, PVC resin). Applicants importing under these norms must ensure the goods sought and actually imported correspond to the inputs used or required in the declared export product. A listed norm entry is recorded as suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25.
