Input-output norms set permitted inputs and quantities for Carbon Steel Submerged Arc Welded Pipes with 3-layer polyethylene coating; specified inputs include HR coils/plates, welding wire, epoxy powder, adhesive, polyethylene and other materials. A miscellaneous inputs allowance up to 6% of FOB is allowed and an X-Ray Tube item is permitted for orders above 25,000 MT. Applicants must ensure imported goods are those required and actually used in the export product, and proportions of inputs for different resultant products must be determined.
