The norm specified CRCA sheet/coil of 0.7-1.0 mm thickness with an allowance of 1.16 kg of input per 1 kg of export product. The provision required determination of proportions of various inputs permissible in manufacture of resultant products, and applicants must ensure imported goods match those used or required in the exported product.
