of <h1>Suspension of SION C1141 norms for Universal Joint import requirements under Public Notice No. 03/2024-25</h1> Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy for 'Universal Joint for Automobiles' (SION C1141) have been suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. The SION specified that manufacture of one universal joint requires needles on a net-to-net basis, four seals and four plastic inserts. Applicants seeking to import under these norms must ensure that imported items correspond to and are actually used or required in the exported product, and comply with the determined input proportions.
