of <h1>Suspension of standard input-output norms for machined iron castings (SION C377) over 10-100 kg; input verification still required</h1> Standard Input-Output Norms for machined iron castings weighing over 10 kg and up to 100 kg (engineering products, SION code C377) have been suspended by Public Notice dated 03-05-2024. The norm previously set 1 kg as the content of the import item with an input requirement of 1.25 kg of pig iron. Applicants remain required to determine and substantiate the proportion of inputs used in manufacturing the export product and must ensure that imported goods correspond to those actually used or required in the exported goods.
