Permitted inputs include alloy/non-alloy steel bars/rods/billets/blooms/ingots with an allowed content ratio of 1.56 kg per kg of export product. Miscellaneous die steel blocks and rounds are permitted up to 4% of FOB value. Furnace oil allocation is 0.5 kiloliters per metric tonne of export. Applicants must verify that imported inputs correspond to those actually used or required in manufacture of the exported crankshaft product.
