of <h1>Suspension of standard input-output norms for manufacture of 3-core PVC flat cable; specified input quantities and compliance required</h1> Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy for manufacture of PVC 3-core flat cable (suitable up to 1100 V, 3x50.0 sq.mm, overall 45.5x18.3 mm) are specified and presently suspended by public notice. For 1,000 meters the prescribed inputs are: copper wire rods 1,338.72 kg and PVC compound 759.35 kg, the latter detailed as PVC resin 485.98 kg, plasticizer 205.08 kg, filler 37.91 kg and lubricants 7.29 kg. The norms determine proportional input requirements for resultant products; applicants must ensure imported inputs match those used or required in the export product.
