Norms specify per 1,000 meters: copper wire rods (EC grade) 161.86 kg; PVC compound 164.12 kg, broken down into PVC resin 105.04 kg, plasticizer 44.33 kg, filler (CaCO3/alumina/talc/kaolin) 8.19 kg, and lubricants 1.57 kg. Authorities determine proportions of inputs; importers must ensure imported goods correspond to materials used in the export product.
