For 1,000 kg of finished rods, acceptable inputs are non-alloy steel ingot (1,080 kg) or non-alloy steel billets/bars (1,060 kg); rolls for rolling mills at 1.77 kg and zinc at 2% of finished weight are also specified. Proportions of various inputs for manufacture will be determined, and applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to those actually used or required in the exported product.
