It specifies the materials and their permissible quantities for manufacturing these cables, including copper in various forms, PVC compounds, plasticizers, and fillers. The norms allow for alternatives like PVC resin, DOP, and fillers in specified proportions. Additionally, PVC stabilizers can be used up to 3% of the PVC compound quantity, with a corresponding reduction in PVC resin quantity.
